Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Virtual
The Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist will support a high-profile Department of Veterans Affairs program by developing test plans and cases to ensure the quality, integrity and functionality across the entire application for the pilot program is accounted for.
This role requires attention to detail and a passion for maintaining
high standards in software quality.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure product quality.
- Participate in design and review meetings to provide feedback on quality issues.
- Maintain and improve automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Stay current and industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5
years related work experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Experience
in the Federal Government contracting industry or familiarity working with the VA is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Salesforce Applications is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Jira, Provar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking and adaptability to address changing priorities or requirements.

- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Maintain courteous and professional working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across teams including executive leadership.
