We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Salesforce Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role sits at the center of one of Perficient’s most strategic partnerships and offers the chance to shape how we tell our Salesforce story in the market.
The ideal candidate will be located near a Perficient office and will be able to work on-site up to 3 days per week.
As the Salesforce Marketing Manager, you will own and lead all marketing activities for our Salesforce partnership, reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Director. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leaders, alliance teams, and executive stakeholders to drive growth, demand, and visibility across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Perficient’s Salesforce partnership, aligning campaigns and content to business and revenue goals
- Act as a storytelling powerhouse, shaping and showcasing compelling customer stories, thought leadership, and partner narratives
- Create visually engaging, high‑impact content across digital, social, video, and emerging platforms
- Partner with demand generation teams to plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and engagement
- Manage and evolve partner‑facing marketing channels, including newsletters and Salesforce partner communications
- Regularly refresh and optimize existing content while consistently developing new blog posts, assets, and stories
- Track campaign performance, manage program budgets, and translate analytics into actionable insights
- Help plan and execute partner meetings, Salesforce events, conferences, and industry trade shows
- Build strong relationships with field, channel, alliance, and sales teams to align messaging, targeting, and execution
- Coordinate closely with internal and external sales stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline growth
Qualifications
- Deep experience supporting Salesforce and strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven ownership of end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from strategy through execution and measurement
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leaders, sales teams, and alliance partners
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to create original, high‑quality content
- Advanced content marketing skills — you can create, not just curate, compelling written and visual assets
- Experience driving content performance through social and digital channels
- Working knowledge of the enterprise software and/or consulting industry
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a passion for technology and storytelling
- Comfortable working across a matrixed organization to drive results
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 20%
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or variable bonus programs.
