Diverse Agile Solutions is looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing growth of the Salesforce Program by delivering new features and maintaining existing solutions within our Salesforce environment. This role works closely with business and technical teams to design, build, and implement solutions that align with best practices and business needs. The resource reports to the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support data modeling, integrations, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation of solutions and processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Data Loader).
• Understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
• Salesforce Developer I and Administrator certifications (required).
• Developer II certification (preferred).
• Experience with version control and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Git).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
