Role Summary:
The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role combines technical expertise with deep knowledge of operations to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Architecture & Design:
    • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to banking workflows, including customer onboarding, loan processing, and compliance tracking.
    • Develop scalable and secure architectures that integrate Salesforce with core banking platforms, third-party APIs, and data analytics tools.
    • Ensure alignment with industry regulations, including data privacy and security requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
  2. Customization & Development:
    • Oversee the customization of Salesforce products (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to meet business requirements.
    • Lead the development of workflows, process automation, and custom applications using Salesforce tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
    • Create and maintain robust data models, ensuring seamless data migration and management.
  3. Strategy & Collaboration:
    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement through Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to drive implementation projects from conception to completion.
    • Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and emerging features, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
  4. Governance & Quality Assurance:
    • Define best practices for testing, deployment, and change management processes.
  5. Mentorship & Leadership:
    • Guide and mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Act as a technical advisor to senior management, providing insights on Salesforce platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect).
  • Expertise in Financial Services Cloud and experience implementing Salesforce in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, customer experience design, and enterprise-level solution architecture.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, API integrations, and data security protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning capabilities within Salesforce Einstein for customer insights.
  • Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce development, such as CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of open banking initiatives and related technologies.
