Make Your Mark:
As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect you'll lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role is critical to ensuring our Salesforce platform aligns with business strategies, scales with growth, and integrates seamlessly across the enterprise.
As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with stakeholders across business and IT to transform requirements into strategic, efficient, and sustainable Salesforce solutions. You'll mentor technical teams, support architectural standards and the end-to-end design of complex Salesforce environments.
You'll Get To:
- Serve as an architect on Salesforce initiatives, designing end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Zuora CPQ and other Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and business system analysts to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and support architectural best practices and data governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Functional knowledge around quote to cash process and ability to drive solutioning with business stakeholders from sales, billing and revenue etc.
- Lead solution design sessions, document solutions with architecture diagrams, data models, and interface specifications.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to developers, admins, and other technical staff.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic enhancements.
- Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture policies.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and platform capabilities (Apex, LWC, Flow, etc.).
- Proven experience with enterprise-level integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (preferred), Platform Developer II, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
We're Even More Excited If You Have:
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, especially Gearset.
- Familiarity with CLM solutions such as Ironclad or Conga CLM.
- Experience implementing or supporting Zuora CPQ or similar CPQ platforms.
- Industry-specific experience in FinTech SaaS.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, VS Code, Salesforce DX.
- Previous experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation or multi-cloud programs

Salary Range:
USD $188,000.00 - USD $235,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
