As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will generate qualified opportunities from leads and outbound prospecting supplied to you via our various business development efforts. Leads come from both new and existing customers, meaning businesses starting a dispensary for the first time and those that have been around awhile and want to improve their existing dispensary management software. Outbound prospecting includes supporting a geographical territory that is aligned to one of our AEs, and calling, emailing, and creatively prospecting into new and existing dispensaries to generate qualified meetings and pipeline. 

Your duties will also include prospecting, calling, emailing, and using creativity to warm potential customers. and schedule an initial follow up meeting with our direct sales task force. This will include developing professional relationships, researching new markets and license owners, and organizing leads and assisting them through a thoughtful prospecting funnel. Our goal is to warm potential customers up to the concept of exploring Flowhub for their point of sale platform.

Requirements:

  • A demonstrated track record of excellence
  • 1-5+ of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest sales development as a craft and a commitment to continued improvement

Compensation: $32,400.00 base salary/$24,000.00 variable

Location

While we are primarily remote, we do have a great office space located in beautiful downtown Denver right next to the 16th street Mall.
