About Armaments Research Company

Armaments Research Company (ARC) is a technology company dedicated to bringing real-time situational awareness and battlefield logistics capabilities to the warfighter. You will be an integral part of the ARC team managing program execution in support of our innovative and powerful IoT devices to enhance national security.

Our core offering is the ARC AI-Enabled Weapons Sensor (AEWS), which collects and transmits real-time tactical data to the cloud. This information enables battlefield/tactical awareness and aggregated insights into big data sets that do not exist today. ARC technologies were initially developed in partnership with DARPA and the National Science Foundation and leverage internet-of-things (IoT) technology and machine learning to derive actionable insights and transform operational responses. This novel technology will be deployed at scale to enhance safety, decision-making, and sustainment for the warfighter at the tactical edge.

What You'll Do
ARC is looking for a sharp, organized Sales Operations Associate to help run the engine behind our growth. You will support ARC’s growth team by keeping our pipeline, contracts, and customer data accurate and visible, so leadership can make fast, informed decisions about where to focus.
This is an ideal first role for a recent graduate who loves structure, data, and problem-solving and wants to learn how defense technology is sold, funded, and fielded. You will see the full path from first customer conversation to contract award to delivery, and you’ll have real ownership from the start.

  • Prepare quotes, pricing sheets, and order paperwork using approved rates, in coordination with Finance and Contracts
  • Track contract vehicles, period-of-performance dates, funding, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and with Program Management on deliveries and customer commitments
  • Maintain a clean, organized record of customer agreements and supporting documents
Capture & Proposal Support
  • Support proposal logistics, including schedules, checklists, document control, and submission tracking

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, field exercises, and customer demonstrations, including shipping, travel, and scheduling
  • Maintain contact lists, follow-up tracking, and event reporting
  • Help keep customer communications consistent, responsive, and professional

  • Document sales and capture processes and suggest ways to make them simpler and faster
  • Help improve how ARC uses its CRM, forecasting, and reporting tools as the company grows
  • Follow ARC’s security procedures when handling controlled unclassified information (CUI)
