How You'll Make an Impact
  • Coordinate logistics for daily office activities and meetings, including supply orders, meeting space arrangements, document preparation, catering and onboarding new hires
  • Facilitate sales installations by supporting sales executives with order follow-up, issue identification and escalation, and collaborating across departments as needed
  • Obtain and distribute sales-related reports to support informed decision making
  • Manage projects related to construction, ECAF escalations, porting and other assignments to advance sales operations
  • Maintain and track invoices to budget while identifying and recommending cost efficiencies
  • Organize and oversee sales blitz activities, including updates, record maintenance and submission of results
  • Assist with same-day ticket submissions and data entry for field sales leads

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience
  • 3+ years of general office experience

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven capability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Understanding of business terminology
  • Demonstrated success in sales support, administration and operations
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Ability to interpret policy, process documentation and procedures

The base pay for this position generally is between
$20.00 and $33.10. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
