Job DescriptionMain activities:
- Sending application forms for new and current customers
- Creating quotes
- Sending emails with certification contracts, sub-licenses to customers
- Analyze compliance of sales documents and send audits to coordination department
- Keep track of pending sales documents that were sent to clients and sending reminders
- Organizing and saving electronic documents
- Assist customers with WQS system questions
- Take incoming phone calls
- Help creating basic reports when requested
- Help coordinating and organizing marketing campaigns, training, and sales conferences
- Help with market pricing researches
- Help identify potential customers through internet research, email them to introduce services and schedule meetings
- Continue to attend technical classes and seminars in order to expand knowledge of services provided by WQS
- Perform other related activities as necessary at the discretion of Management
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for audit and certification services
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs related to audits, and certification requirements
- Present QIMA’s audit and certification solutions via phone or virtual meetings
- Prepare quotations and support contract closure in coordination with sales and operations teams
- Follow up on proposals and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Up to 5% travel required (mainly for training and conference shadows)
- At least 6 months of experience in sales / customer service role
- Sales/Marketing experience
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferable)
*Salary: $40,000 USD
