We are looking for a technically capable, detail-oriented Scrum Master to support and monitor our global sales team. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role — you will be embedded in daily sales operations, owning CRM governance, process compliance, and team coordination.

• Onboard every new sales hire onto Fouress CRM protocols — explain workflows, field usage standards, data entry rules, and reporting expectations
• Monitor sales executives for adherence to all CRM procedures and escalate non-compliance
• Actively use Zoho CRM daily — create, update, and audit records as needed
• Track and report on sales KPIs using Power BI dashboards
• Identify process gaps and flag them to management with data to back it up
• Maintain documentation of CRM SOPs and update them as protocols evolve
• Coordinate between sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure pipeline visibility
