Remote Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, developing new business, presenting products and services, closing deals, managing client relationships, coordinating pricing and orders with internal teams, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, and preparing sales reports. The role serves Indian and international markets and requires extensive travel of approximately 70–80%.

Develops and executes Thailand-market purchasing and pricing strategies for plastics and polymers. Responsibilities include pricing governance, margin analysis, supplier sourcing and negotiation, supplier performance evaluation, market and competitor intelligence, compliance documentation, and cost-saving initiatives. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to support profitable commercial decisions and reliable raw material supply.

Supports procurement operations by communicating with global suppliers, negotiating competitive polymer and plastic raw material pricing, relaying finalized quotes to sales, managing purchasing and shipping documentation, tracking international orders, and reporting procurement pipeline updates and delivery risks.

Assists with general ledger management, journal entries, month-end and year-end close, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, audits, balance sheet schedules, tax filings, payroll entries, compliance tasks, financial documentation, internal reporting, and ad hoc analysis.

Coordinate daily Scrum meetings across global sales teams, track pipeline activity, govern CRM processes, onboard sales hires, maintain Zoho CRM data, update SOPs, monitor KPIs through Power BI, and provide data-backed recommendations. Collaborate with procurement and operations to improve pipeline visibility, process adherence, and cross-functional execution.

Remote HR & Recruitment Assistant responsible for managing hiring pipelines and applicant tracking in Zoho Recruit, maintaining employee records and attendance in Zoho People, handling onboarding documentation and digital signatures, and supporting payroll data hygiene and monthly salary reports via Zoho Payroll. Requires 2–3 years HR operations or recruitment experience and ability to work UAE and US business hours.

Provide technical and administrative support to leadership: monitor sprints and Scrum synchronizations, perform technical research, write Python scripts for automation and API testing, manage and report data using advanced Excel, and prepare meeting summaries and cross-functional coordination.
