Job Description

Unbridled Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the video production industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an understanding of video production, and a strong background in sales and marketing.
Successful candidates will have the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the media, film, or video production industry.
  • Strong understanding of the video production process and its stages, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to travel as needed

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, targeting sectors such as corporate, entertainment, non-profit, and digital marketing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout the video production process.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics focused on acquiring new clients and increasing market share.
  • Proposal and Pitch Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients, articulating the value and benefits of our services.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with our production team to ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and the creative vision aligns with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to recommend innovative approaches to our clients and refine our service offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business development goals.
  • Embody the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility and community.
