Manage multiple client projects from planning through closeout: prepare budgets, SOWs, proposals, and billing; track timelines, deliverables, and action items; handle logistics, equipment rentals, permits, travel, and on-site production supervision; communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams; maintain SOPs, project files, and workflow tools; support occasional content marketing coordination and use evolving digital and AI-assisted tools to keep projects on track.

Support Production Managers and Producers with logistics and administrative tasks for events, from pre-production through onsite execution. Maintain project documentation, assist with budget tracking, invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, and process improvements while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Lead and modernize Giftd's operations to drive growth and efficiency. Oversee people, systems, budgets, and vendor relationships; implement tools and repeatable processes; identify revenue and cost-optimization opportunities; coach and develop a small team while improving responsiveness to client needs and scaling business performance.

Design and produce high-impact, branded presentations and in-show multimedia for executive and live-event audiences. Build templates and custom decks in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides; collaborate with writers, producers, and motion artists; iterate under tight deadlines; ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines; and occasionally travel to support live events.
