How you will contribute
You will
  • Master Shopper responsibility - opening Purchase Orders (PO) in Coupa system and overall management of PO
  • Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks related to Business Operations.
  • Database Management: Perform regular database maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist the Sales Planning team with the preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
  • Under the supervision of the Sales Planner Manager, analyze and review bottom-up forecasts for specific brands and customers.

What you need to know about this position:
Education / Certifications: Ideally a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar field.
Job specific requirements:
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively with strong prioritization skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working effectively in a virtual, international team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Persistent in task resolution and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communicator in English, able to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Analytical & Learning Agility.
  • Awareness of data sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Reporting & Location: This position is based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The role will report directly to the Sales Planner Manager World Travel Retail, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
This is a fixed term contract - 12 months.
