Location: Remote or Hybrid (Local to NYC or Denver area) 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in Sales, Proposal Management, and Underwriting to streamline and optimize data collection, and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce revenue data (pipeline, prospect and customer attributes, etc); lead data clean up initiatives where gaps persist 
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to implement, optimize and maintain integrated revenue workflows across departments to drive successful selling, implementation and ongoing service of customers; troubleshoot and optimize the cross-department handoff points and necessary workflows of the business to ensure all Salesforce objects and fields are maintained and optimally performing to support the revenue cycle 
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to deeply understand success and failure metrics of their operations and appropriately design, maintain, and update dashboards to support ongoing operational reporting needs 
  • Manage the tech stack procurement process on behalf of the Rev Ops team 
  • Develop additional ad hoc and standard reports to support internal and external analytics and reporting needs 
  • Support ongoing development of internal Sales Operations and Salesforce deliverables 
  • Maintain and update the sales playbook in the Salesforce Knowledge environment 
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate bachelor’s degree  
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience; 1+ year of Salesforce user experience required 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is plus 
  • Experience building and presenting analysis on sales pipelines 
  • Knowledge of data management, statistics, modeling 
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools a plus 
  • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables 
  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product 
  • Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.

Salary Range
$90,000$105,000 USD
