Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Commercial team as a Sales Operations Intern for the Summer of 2025.
You will gain experience in CRM/sales pipeline management, KPI/OKR tracking and development, data visualizations and reporting, and more. You will report directly to our Sales Operations Manager and work cross functionally with our sales, origination, business development, marketing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sales Operations Manager and support the various Commercial team departments with all commercial-related data requests and reports
- Gain experience working with and exposure to Sales, Origination, Business Development, and Commercial leadership teams
- Learn to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, including Copper and HubSpot, to track sales opportunities and the Commercial team’s progress
- Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring up-to-date information
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in driving sales process adoption and compliance while identifying and implementing tools to enhance efficiency
- Support the development of our new non-school bus vertical by tracking various metrics related to our pipeline (opportunity stage movements, contract closures, etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentations in collaboration with Commercial leadership, including our Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Commercial Operations
- Ensure the on-time delivery of various internal reports and maintain KPI trackers
Qualifications:
- Have or be in active pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate into key insights
- Showcase an attention to detail, make minimal mistakes, and be a quick learner
- Experience and understanding of CRM and sales enablement tools (ideally with Copper, LookerStudio, Tableau, or Expo)
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
- Experience working independently to complete tasks and projects
- Ability to work cross-functionally to develop solutions to problems and generally support with those teams to improve communication, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Proactive approach to tasks and projects, showing an ability to see around corners and address problems that can be anticipated
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the desire to work with a team and on independent projects
