Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Sales Operations team in enhancing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role involves reviewing historical customer contracts and inputting data into our updated CLM platform. The intern will collaborate closely with our Commercial Management and Legal teams to ensure accurate data capture.Key Responsibilities:
- Review historical customer contracts to extract and input data in the CLM system.
- Interpret standard contract terms to accurately populate relevant fields.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all entries.
- Collaborate with Commercial Management and Legal teams to clarify contract terms as needed.
- Maintain organized records of reviewed contracts and data entry progress.
- Assist in identifying and rectifying discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract data.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of standard contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Interest in contract management or legal operations.

Base Pay Range: Hourly range offered for this position is estimated to be $20.00. However, the actual pay depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
