The Sales Operations Coordinator manages technical and administrative sales processes, focuses on client satisfaction, and collaborates with the Commercial team.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Austral Group, your responsibility will be for managing all technical and administrative components of the sales process and are expected to deliver accurate and efficient results as part of their role. Sales Operations will not directly manage any Account and will be an internal resource to the Commercial team as a whole. Attention to detail with focus on superior client satisfaction is essential.
Tasks:
- Pricing and proposal data entry, updates and improvements using sales system and CRM software;
- Itinerary creation in collaboration with Business Development Team and Operations Team;
- Organize and manage documentation for multi-year bids;
- Cost structure preparation: multiple passenger price ranges;
- Contract and sales documentation management during the transition to Trip Operations Department;
- Trip registration site creation and management;

Qualifications and Experience:
- Fluent or Native English
- University degree or administration related experience;
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Possess strong administrative skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on superior client satisfaction;
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a positive attitude;
- User-level experience in working with computer software and CRM system experience preferred.
