Job Description

The Redesign Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This is an operations-focused role designed for someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping data accurate, processes moving, and ensuring the operational details that support our sales teams are executed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate brings experience in sales operations, order processing, and Salesforce, preferably within a VAR, technology solutions provider, or similar environment. This role is not quota-carrying and does not own quoting, renewals, or direct selling activities. Instead, this individual will serve as a key operational partner to our sales organization, Finance, and other internal teams.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean data, strong follow-through, process accuracy, and becoming a trusted operational resource for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Order Operations: Support the operational needs of the Central U.S. and Canadian sales regions, including order processing, Salesforce data integrity, and ensuring required information is accurate and complete throughout the sales process. 
  • Customer Onboarding: Coordinate the initial intake and onboarding of new customers, gathering required documentation and partnering closely with Finance to ensure customers are properly established, credit requirements are completed, and opportunities can move efficiently toward booking. 
  • Deal Registration Management: Own the operational lifecycle of deal registrations, including submission, tracking, resubmission, validation, and ensuring registrations are properly reflected through revenue recognition. 
  • Contract & Public Sector Support: Develop expertise in The Redesign Group's government contract vehicles and related processes, serving as an internal resource as knowledge develops. Prior public sector or government contracting experience is a plus, but a willingness and ability to learn is equally important. 
  • Data & Process Excellence: Maintain accurate and reliable data across Salesforce and related systems, perform appropriate due diligence, identify missing or inconsistent information, and proactively follow through with internal stakeholders to keep processes moving. 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, or a similar operational role. 
  • Hands-on experience working within Salesforce or a comparable CRM. 
  • Experience within a VAR, technology reseller, IT solutions provider, or similar environment strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process integrity. 
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, and other internal teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving organization. 
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to learn unfamiliar processes and become a subject-matter resource. 
  • Experience supporting Canadian or other international entities is preferred. 
  • Public sector, government contracting, or contract vehicle experience is a plus.
