Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of sales and marketing with a leading innovator in the industry? Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is on the hunt for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team! This is your chance to make a real impact by collaborating on several key areas of the department, including special projects, promotional items, and event planning.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the team by collaborating on special projects, coordinating promotional items, and making key contributions in event planning for trade shows and conferences. This role assists the optimization of our sales and marketing processes, helping to present our cutting-edge solutions to the world. And beyond these exciting responsibilities, you'll enhance departmental efficiency through insightful marketing research, document management, and administrative assistance.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $16.00-$20.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent. 
  • 0-1 years of experience in an office environment or sales & marketing position. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong people skills with a strong focus on being a team player and collaboration.
