Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
  • 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
  • Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
  • Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  • Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
  • Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
