Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record
  • 1+ years of Finance experience
  • 3years ofpreviousautomotive sales experience isrequired
  • 2years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • 1 year of Dealer System Management(DMS)experience

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Lead by example by driving performance, fostering accountability, and creating a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and employees to deliver an exceptional sales experience and encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team through ongoing training, performance feedback, and hands-on support.
  • Monitor sales performance,identifyopportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve dealership sales goals.
  • Assistthe sales team throughout the sales process, helping overcome obstacles and closing deals when needed.
  • Champion continuous improvement by motivating the team to exceed expectations while upholding the dealership's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
