Overview

Storable is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive (Hunter) to acquire new customers across our Mid-Market and SMB segments. In this role, you will own the full commercial cycle from qualified lead to closed-won, focusing exclusively on net-new prospects.

You will work high-intent inbound leads and execute targeted outbound pursuits, attaching our full portfolio—including Facility Management Software (FMS), Marketplace, and Insurance—at the point of sale. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven ability to qualify rigorously, manage fast-velocity SMB deals, and navigate strategic Mid-Market pursuits. Following the sale, you will ensure a seamless transition to our Account Management and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Do Every Day
  • Pipeline Generation & Execution: Work high-intent inbound leads routed directly from xDRs and run strategic, multi-channel outbound campaigns against a scored prospect list (including marketplace-only suppliers).
  • Rigorous Qualification: Qualify every opportunity on fit, decision-maker involvement, timing, and budget before committing selling time.
  • Solution Selling & Portfolio Attachment: Attach the full Storable product portfolio at the initial sale. Drive FMS-led deals while securing Marketplace opt-ins and bringing in the Insurance Overlay team where applicable.
  • Deal Management: Manage proposals, pricing, and internal approvals to close deals at high velocity in the SMB segment, while executing structured, targeted pursuits in Mid-Market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with your deal support ecosystem, pulling in xDRs, Product Specialists (SAs), Insurance Overlays, and the Marketplace team for depth rather than selling every product personally.
  • Operational Excellence: Keep Salesforce data and pipelines fully current. Deliver a comprehensive, written handoff to Implementation, the receiving Account Manager (Farmer), and the CSM post-close.
What You Need to Bring
  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of hunting and closing net-new business in SMB and/or Mid-Market segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance high-velocity transactional deals (SMB) with more complex, multi-stakeholder strategic pursuits (Mid-Market).
  • Strong pipeline generation skills, combining disciplined inbound triage with rigorous outbound prospecting.
  • Proficiency in structured qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT) to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal time management.
  • Experience co-selling with technical specialists, overlays, or implementation teams to attach multi-product portfolios.
  • Strict discipline in CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred) for forecasting, pipeline management, and post-sale handoffs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a relentless focus on value-based selling and uncovering customer needs.
Bonus Points
  • Experience selling in the self-storage, property management, or broader real estate technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with selling integrated payments, marketplace solutions, or embedded insurance.
  • Training in formal sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler).
