KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead customer demonstrations of SATCOM terminals across commercial, government, aerospace, and defense markets.
- Plan, configure, and execute live over-the-air demonstrations, field evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Travel to customer sites, test ranges, integration facilities, and industry events to support demonstrations and technical engagements.
- Operate, configure, and troubleshoot SATCOM terminals, electronically steered antennas, modems, RF equipment, and supporting network infrastructure during demonstrations.
- Develop demonstration scenarios that highlight key performance metrics, operational capabilities, network performance, and mission-relevant use cases.
- Serve as the primary technical lead during customer evaluations, ensuring successful execution of demonstrations and rapid resolution of technical issues.
- Partner with Business Development and Account Managers to support customer pursuits and capture activities.
- Conduct technical presentations, product briefings, architecture reviews, and solution discussions for customer stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate complete SATCOM system architectures, including user terminals, modem technologies, satellite networks, gateway infrastructure, terrestrial networking, and end-to-end traffic flow.
- Support proposal responses by developing technical content, solution architectures, and performance analyses.
- Translate customer operational requirements into demonstration plans, evaluation criteria, and technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer evaluation and procurement process.
- Provide customer feedback and field insights to product management and engineering teams.
- Support verification and validation of new product features and capabilities prior to customer demonstrations.
- Collaborate with systems, RF, networking, software, and hardware engineering teams to resolve technical issues encountered during customer evaluations.
- Assist in developing demonstration tools, training materials, technical documentation, and customer-facing collateral.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in SATCOM, RF systems, aerospace communications, defense communications, networking, or related customer-facing technical roles.
