Perform hands-on inspection, metrology, calibration, and failure analysis on electronic assemblies and high-reliability products. Program and operate CMMs and automated inspection equipment, document inspections, manage nonconforming material and corrective actions, support audits, drive root-cause analysis (8D), and improve inspection processes and metrics in compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of board-level power electronics for space and airborne systems: architecture, schematic and PCB design, modeling and analysis, test and qualification, production transition, mentorship, and cross-disciplinary integration.

Lead EEE parts selection, qualification, standardization, vendor evaluation, failure root-cause analysis, and performance verification for aerospace products. Author parts plans, ECOs, NSPARs, and SCDs. Interface with design, reliability, and quality teams to mitigate risk, manage obsolescence, and support high-reliability component strategies.

Lead systems engineering for phased-array aerospace communication systems: translate mission and customer requirements into system architectures, define and execute verification/validation strategies, develop traceability and verification documentation, support integration & test, evaluate test results and corrective actions, mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support mission readiness, launch, and on-orbit operations.

Lead design and delivery of power electronics for SATCOM terminals, including power architecture, DC-DC and AC-DC converter design (up to 20+kW), simulation and analysis, PCB bring-up, verification testing, system integration, production transition, and mentoring a small team.

Own the design, configuration, and operation of space-to-ground communication links for LEO satellites. Model and maintain link budgets, modulation and coding; architect hardware crypto solutions; define radio CONOPS for mission phases and contingencies; coordinate ground station and network operations; lead RF link test campaigns with flight software and ground teams; optimize low‑SWaP communications and mitigate interference to ensure reliable command, telemetry, and recovery.

Design, develop, port, and maintain embedded Linux applications, device drivers, boot loaders, and Yocto-based images. Integrate and configure Linux kernel and U-Boot, manage Yocto builds in CI/CD, package deployable images, troubleshoot hardware-software interactions, collaborate across teams, and support qualification, testing, and customer-facing design reviews.

Lead and manage embedded firmware/software projects for aerospace systems: plan development, run agile/V-model processes, maintain Jira and lifecycle tools, communicate status to stakeholders, prioritize features, interface with customers/vendors, and continuously improve project execution.

Lead project engineering across all development phases for aerospace communications systems. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, QA, manufacturing, and supply chain; coordinate cross-functional teams; present reviews to customers/executive leadership and contribute to proposals.
