What Makes This Role Great:

You will serve as the critical bridge between global strategy and local field success, directly influencing regional revenue performance and shaping future global enablement programs through real-world field insights.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Lead the regional activation of programs to accelerate time-to-productivity for sales talent. 

• Drive deep field adoption and analytics-based coaching using premier tech stack tools including Seismic, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 

• Translate global GTM campaigns, product launches, and sales playbooks into compelling, localized customer success stories.

 • Identify high-impact regional enablement initiatives and scale them into standardized global frameworks.

 • Gather field intelligence and seller feedback to continuously optimize the central enablement strategy.

Essential Skills & Experience: 

• 3–5 years of experience in regional sales enablement, program management, or field delivery within enterprise B2B technology.

 • Demonstrated success executing onboarding programs that measurably reduce seller time-to-ramp. 

• Hands-on expertise driving adoption and extracting analytics from tools like Seismic, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

 • Strong ability to localize global sales messaging and assets for regional buying behaviors and dynamics.

Bonus Points For:

 • Solid understanding of the construction technology landscape and AECO buyer personas.

 • Proven ability to navigate a global matrixed organization and advocate for regional field needs.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
