As we continue to expand our reach in the GCC market, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is critical to driving new business opportunities and setting the stage for successful client partnerships.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appointment setting, specifically within the GCC market, and demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English. We’re seeking someone who is confident, proactive, and skilled at opening conversations with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Europe through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.

• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and hand off high-quality opportunities to the sales team.

• Research and analyze target industries and companies to develop tailored outreach strategies.

• Build strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and confident approach.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress within CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, B2B services.

• Familiarity with GCC business culture and sales cycles.

• Previous experience working remotely with international teams.


Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development, with a focus on the GCC market.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in initiating conversations with senior-level executives.

• Strong objection-handling skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
