Euronet seeks to employ a communicative and passionate Operations Coordinator, to support and oversee the Operations activities of our ATM Network throughout Morocco.

The successful candidate will join the team in Morocco and be part of a Global Operations organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the ATMs in operation and make sure that any faults will be rectified as quickly as possible by the service providers.
  • Be the Contact person for the on-site engineers/technicians and support them in solving potential problems.
  • Communicate with clients when/where needed.
  • Analyze ATM network performance, suggest improvements. Generation and maintenance of KPIs and reports (for clients or internal use).
  • Visit ATM sites and train local staff when required, trainings and incidents resolution onsite and on distance (phone, mail).
Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions in such sectors, as banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
  • Flexibility to travel across the country.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
