Your Role at SwiftConnect
You'll be responsible for prospecting into a defined list of target accounts and engaging key decision-makers across physical security, corporate real estate, workplace experience, technology, access control, and other relevant functions.
As a member of our founding SDR team, you'll receive hands-on coaching, ongoing feedback, and direct support from your leader throughout the prospecting process, including account research, messaging, call coaching, objection handling, and opportunity creation. We're looking for SDRs who are eager to learn, apply feedback, and continuously improve.
What You'll Do
- Prospect into a defined list of target enterprise and commercial real estate accounts
- Research assigned accounts and identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers to engage
- Execute thoughtful outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and other channels
- Use established messaging, scripts, and sales plays while adapting conversations to each prospect's role, priorities, and business challenges
- Leverage AI and automation tools to work smarter by accelerating account research, identifying relevant insights and buying signals, personalizing outreach, and automating repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Experiment with new AI-enabled workflows and share what's working to help improve the team's productivity and outbound strategy
- Communicate SwiftConnect's vision for creating seamless, connected access experiences from street to seat
- Generate qualified discovery meetings and pipeline for the sales organization
- Multi-thread within target accounts, building relationships across physical security, corporate real estate, workplace experience, facilities, IT, access control, and other relevant functions
- Partner closely with Account Managers on account strategy, prioritization, and follow-up
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to share prospect feedback and help refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns
- Develop expertise across physical access, identity, workplace technology, and the commercial real estate ecosystem
- Maintain accurate prospect, account, and activity data across our CRM and sales technology stack
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline goals
- Contribute to the development of a high-performing, collaborative SDR culture as one of the first members of the team
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, physical security, commercial real estate, SaaS, or another customer-facing role
- Previous experience with cold outbound prospecting
- A track record of measurable performance, such as quota attainment, meetings generated, pipeline created, or performance against goal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging prospects over the phone and through written communication
- Strong research skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations
- An AI-forward mindset and an interest in using technology and automation to improve productivity, personalization, and performance
- Basic business acumen and an interest in understanding how large enterprises and commercial real estate organizations operate
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to continuously improve
- A self-starter mentality and the ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort receiving coaching, following a defined outbound strategy, and applying feedback quickly
- Experience prospecting into enterprise organizations or commercial real estate
- Experience within physical security, access control, identity, workplace technology, PropTech, or SaaS
- Experience engaging senior-level and executive prospects
- Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Experience with prospecting and productivity tools such as Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, or similar platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for prospect research, personalization, messaging, workflow automation, or sales productivity
