The Role

We’re searching for a B2B BDR to be a foundational member of our US sales team.. You’ll spend your time proactively connecting with and prospecting businesses in the Fire & Security industry.

This role is an opportunity for you to be hands-on in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment. If you're successful, there will be opportunities for career development within a rapidly growing business.

What you’ll need to do

  • Source new leads using Sales Toolkit (Lusha, LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
  • Develop a pipeline through outbound activity (emails, cold calling and social media) ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Book discovery meetings with prospects
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline forecasting and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Provide insights and feedback into value proposition and commercial positioning of the product following outbound activity.

Experience required

  • Fire & security industry experience a plus but not a pre-requisite
  • Experience in chasing new leads, getting on the phone cold calling and booking new meetings

Annual Salary Range: mid range is $90,000 OTE, uncapped commission
