CloudQuery is a developer-first cloud governance platform that consists of three main components that can be used together or stand alone. Data Pipelines, Cloud Asset Inventory and CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management). As part of our continued growth, we're looking to add an additional Sales Development Representative (SDR) on board to be a member of our go-to-market team. You’ll work with customers and prospects through inbound and outbound channels and help us evolve our sales and go-to-market motions.
As an SDR, you’ll be a key player in our sales team, driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. Your outreach will help prospective clients understand how our platform solves their data integration challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and databases.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, and social media to drive interest.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess needs, qualifying high-potential leads for our sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales, contributing feedback to refine targeting and messaging.
- Experience: 1-2 years in SDR or similar role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; able to connect with diverse prospects.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with SaaS/data platforms is a plus.
- Drive: Goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn.
