About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc participates in dozens of Sales & Marketing events annually — spanning national conferences, partner summits, regional builder events, and Higharc-hosted events. We're hiring a Sales and Marketing Events Manager to ensure we're making the most of these activations.

What You'll Do

In this high-visibility, collaborative role, you'll be accountable for activating AEs and BDs, enabling partners, and creating repeatable playbooks that make events a predictable source of growth. Expect to:

  • Define, analyze, and predict pipeline and revenue impact from S&M events

  • Own event strategy, selection, GTM team activation, and follow up

  • Own lead capture and ROI Tracking

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between PeopleOps (logistics), Marketing, Business Development, and Sales

  • Analyze event performance, recommend optimizations to double down on events with proven ROI and cut events that don’t perform.

About You

You thrive as an influential individual contributor with a keen ability to keep your stakeholders on track. You have good taste, a strong perspective, and you embrace challenge.

You have:

  • 5-8 years in events management

  • Experience as an events manager for B2B software

  • Track record of success maintaining accountability in situations where you don't directly control the output

  • Strong ability to multitask while offering high-touch support

  • Balance flexing from strategic thinking to in-the-weeds execution

A major plus if you also bring:

  • Passion for and/or experience in the AEC industry
