Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Postion Pay Range: $52,840 - $66,500 | Hybrid role

Summary/Objective:

The Sales Account Representative plays a vital role in executing our sales strategy by covering open territories, engaging in high-impact outreach, supporting seasonal initiatives, and managing daily interactions with Tier 3 and Tier 4 specialist offices. This role combines in-person visits, phone and email outreach, and event participation to grow brand awareness and increase referrals.

Essential Functions

1. Conducts daily visits and outreach to assigned specialist offices to promote services and maintain strong referral relationships

2. Fills in for open or transitioning territories to ensure continuity of service and engagement

3. Executes focused “blitz” campaigns in high-opportunity markets/geozones

4. Implements seasonal marketing and sales strategies to support Sales Account Managers and business objectives

5. Represents the organization at healthcare events, community outreach activities, and meetings

6. Initiates and follows up on cold calls, email outreach, and provider visits

7. Maintains accurate records of activity and feedback in CRM tools

8. Collaborates with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align on territory goals

9. Other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates both in the field and in clinical environments. Automobile travel is required on a daily basis. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Two plus years’ experience in a customer facing sales/marketing/business development role with proven success – healthcare preferred

• Entry level sales experience within healthcare or customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable in a field-based role with daily travel and direct provider interaction

• Highly organized, self-starter with strong follow-up habits

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent education, training, and experience.
