Job DescriptionTitle: RubyOnRails UI Engineer
Location: Colorado Springs,
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Required Skills:
• Over 7 years of overall IT software development experience
• Extensive experience developing advanced web applications using Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong experience scripting using multiple(s) of the following: Ruby, Python, PERL, Bash, SQL.
• NICE TO HAVES (Candidate Differentiators)
o Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including RDS and EC2 and AWS CLI
o Experience with continuous integration tools like AnthillPro and Maven
o Experience working in the Payments industry on credit/debit transactions
o Hands-on experience with ISO 8583 messaging protocol and standards
o Knowledge of jPOS
