This is a remote position.

This role supports both active client engagements and upcoming automation projects. Qualified candidates will be considered for immediate openings as well as future opportunities aligned to system implementations, upgrades, and expansion initiatives.

Overview

This role drives industrial automation initiatives through the development and deployment of robotic solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within fulfillment and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
  • Program, configure, and deploy industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots)
  • Integrate robotic systems with conveyors, vision systems, and controls platforms
  • Develop and test robotic applications for palletizing, picking, and goods-to-person systems
  • Optimize robotic cycle times, accuracy, and throughput performance
  • Support simulation and modeling for system validation prior to deployment
  • Troubleshoot robotic and integration issues during commissioning and production
  • Collaborate with controls, software, and mechanical engineering teams


Requirements
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of robotics engineering or automation experience
  • Proficiency in robot programming and system integration
  • Experience with vision systems, sensors, and EOAT design
  • Knowledge of ROS, Python, or C++ preferred
  • Experience in high-volume fulfillment or industrial environments

Location: Remote or based at client sites depending on project requirements.
