Design and engineer mechanical material-handling systems including conveyors and sortation. Create layouts, specs, RFQs, BOMs; perform load and throughput calculations; support installation, commissioning, site surveys, validation, cost estimation, and cross-functional design integration.

Design, program, integrate, and deploy industrial robotic solutions (palletizing, picking, goods-to-person) for fulfillment and manufacturing. Work includes robot programming, systems integration with conveyors and vision, simulation, commissioning troubleshooting, cycle-time optimization, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and intralogistics projects: plan schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate engineering, controls, installation, and clients; manage risks, oversee commissioning, track KPIs, and ensure successful system hand-off.

Design, program, and deploy PLC/HMI/SCADA control systems for automated material handling. Configure industrial networks, integrate field devices, lead FAT/SAT commissioning, troubleshoot live production, support upgrades/retrofits, and collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams.

Design scalable, high-performance warehouse automation systems. Perform throughput modeling, capacity planning, and flow analysis. Evaluate ASRS, AMRs, and sortation technologies. Support RFPs, proposals, and client presentations. Collaborate with sales and engineering, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement and optimization.

Design electrical systems for conveyors, sortation, and automated equipment; develop schematics and wiring diagrams; specify panels, sensors, drives and control devices; support PLC and controls integration; participate in installation, commissioning (FAT/SAT) and system validation; troubleshoot in testing and live environments; collaborate with controls, mechanical, and software teams.
