R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk and Insurance Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our enterprise risk and insurance management program. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for the day-to-day administration of the Workers’ Compensation Program, ensuring compliance, safeguarding the organization, and supporting employee well-being across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims related to the Workers’ Compensation Program.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Assist in the collection and preparation of annual underwriting submissions for the Corporate Property & Casualty Insurance Program.
  • Obtain and track certificates of insurance (COIs).
  • Conduct vendor contract reviews.
  • Handle accounts payable related to insurance.
  • Analyze loss run data, insurance costs, and deductible allocations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in insurance and risk management, working in a large corporation or insurance brokerage.
  • Organized and analytical self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, attention to details and data analytics.
  • ARM or AIC designation is a plus.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
