OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Develop and expand DICK’S Sporting Goods Revit/BIM Program enabling improvements in store design, coordination, consistency, and communication.
Build and maintain all Revit/BIM program templates and models ensuring content, schedules, and outputs meet stakeholders’ information requirements.
Establish communication channels with all internal and external stakeholders leading to iterative improvements in the BIM program.
Develop and document BIM best practices, processes, and standards.
Oversee the accurate utilization of BIM standards and protocols by program stakeholders.
Continuously improve the Revit/BIM ecosystem of technologies ensuring the effective transfer of information and collaboration.
Technology Deployment
Lead internal/external stakeholders and the DSG IT department in creating the BIM strategy, roadmap for future enhancements, systems integrations and updates.
Maintain a high-level of knowledge about advances in BIM technology cascade the information across the department.
Evaluate and implement BIM-related technology enhancements and improvements.
Develop documentation to support the rollout of updates and innovations in technology and system functionality.
Troubleshoot software issues and provide guidance on hardware requirements that result in efficient and sustainable solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise and support of Revit/BIM-ecosystem related software applications such as Revit, Enscape, Navisworks, Sketchup, and ACC.
Quality Improvement & Training
Develop and manage a QAQC program ensuring the accuracy and compliance with company BIM standards.
Maintain an up-to-date catalog of families, models, and prototype templates for consistency across teammates and projects.
Deliver comprehensive end-user training.
Provide system onboarding support for new teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other relevant degree / experience
7-10 years of experience as a BIM Manager or in a similar technical and process-specific role
Proficient with Dynamo scripts and coding
Experience utilizing Microsoft & Autodesk Suite
Experience working with Navisworks
Excellent AutoCAD and Revit skills
Experience utilizing Enscape
Experience using Clash Detection software applications

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
