Our Vision:

NationSwell is a one-of-a-kind executive membership community and advisory firm for mission-driven leaders and their organizations. Our Institutional Membership (IM) is an invitation-only program for leading companies, philanthropies, and investment firms. It is designed to help leaders advance their work in social impact, sustainability, philanthropy, and purpose-driven culture. The NationSwell Studio works with leaders in the impact space to create transformative social impact strategies, provide in-depth research and insights, engage key audiences, and more.

The Opportunity:

NationSwell is seeking a part-time Revenue Operations & Systems Lead to drive the development and implementation of scalable systems, processes, and reporting that power our membership business.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating business needs into practical systems solutions. This is a hands-on builder role, focused on end-to-end building and maintenance of the operational infrastructure that enables leadership to make informed decisions and teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience.

Position Details: This is a remote, part-time, hourly role that must be performed in the United States, at approximately 16-24 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Compensation for the role is $45 to $55 per hour, based on experience and skills. Applications will be accepted through November 30, 2026.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated Member Success Support: Initially serve as the dedicated systems and operations lead for Member Success, streamlining administrative, project management, and reporting operations to enhance the team’s capacity for member engagement, relationship management, and revenue-generating activities.
  • Member Lifecycle & Experience Tracking: Build and maintain the systems and workflows that track the member journey from onboarding and activation through engagement, renewal, and expansion, including deliverables, engagement activities, event invitations and registrations, fulfillment of membership commitments, and other key milestones, so the team has one clear view of each member.
  • Systems Integration & Cross-Functional Support: Own data flow and integrity across shared systems, including sync logic, field mapping, and account ownership hygiene, while working with Member Success, Events, Growth, Insights, Operations, and Studio to ensure every team works from a reliable source of truth.
  • Process Development and Improvement: Own the documentation and standardization of Member Success processes, including account management workflows, cross-functional handoffs, member touchpoints, and recurring activities, while identifying administrative inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • AI, Automation, & Systems Implementation: Build, test, and maintain practical solutions to operational challenges, including AI and automation tools like Claude and Outreach AI. Gather input from users, then own the build, testing, iteration, deployment, and documentation, from problem identification through adoption, so tools stay reliable and widely used.
  • Member Health & Engagement Reporting: Build member-health reports, dashboards, tracking tools, and triggers that consolidate connections, engagement, event attendance, participation, relationship information, touchpoints, and utilization to surface indicators of expansion opportunity, membership value, or renewal risk.
  • Renewal & Retention Analytics: Track and analyze renewal rates, retention trends, churn, and expansion across membership tiers and customer segments, and prepare supporting analyses for membership planning, operational improvements, and leadership decision-making as needed.

Requirements

Key Capabilities and Skills:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role, with a track record of building and owning systems, ideally within a membership, community, or event-based organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including admin-level configuration (including Flows), dashboards, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with Airtable, Excel, and/or Google Sheets, including building databases, tracking tools, analytical models, and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience developing operational dashboards and integrated reporting across multiple systems (e.g., Cvent, HubSpot, Outreach) and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience implementing process improvements, workflow automation (e.g., APIs, Zapier, Make, light scripting, and AI tools such as Claude), and system enhancements with a strong understanding of CRM data structures, data integrity, and cross-functional information management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and work effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics, including engagement, retention, renewal rates, churn, expansion, and customer health scoring.

This part-time role is not eligible for company-sponsored health or retirement benefits. Paid sick leave is provided as required by applicable state and local law.
