  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Equals, ChatGPT, embedded analytics, etc.) to accelerate analysis, automate recurring insights, and uncover non-obvious patterns with the goal of helping the team move faster and make smarter decisions with less manual work.

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks across the funnel and recommend optimizations.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that drive strategic planning and accountability.

  • Support right-side-of-the-funnel analysis, including Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics like PQLs, CSQLs, and activation behavior, to align go-to-market motions with product engagement signals.

4. Sales-Team Training
  • Equip the revenue team with the resources, content, and training plan they need to drive meaningful conversations and close deals.

  • Own sales team onboarding, playbooks, enablement content, and continuous learning initiatives for the sales team, collaborating with marketing for the creation of the content

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and assets are aligned with buyer needs.
