About WanderWander is a luxury vacation rental platform that directly operates premium properties and serves as a listing platform for property management partners. Following our $52M Series B, we're rapidly scaling operations across North America and internationally.
We're moving fast. In September alone—our most productive month ever—we added 610 new locations (+30% m/m), launched 400+ properties (inventory now doubling every two months), shipped a complete web and app redesign that lifted conversion 4×, brought major partnerships live, and maintained industry-leading NPS of 82.
The Role
We're seeking a strategic Revenue Operations Leader to architect and optimize our entire sales infrastructure. You'll work directly with our VP of Sales to dissect every element of our revenue engine—from lead generation to close—and build systems that drive predictable, efficient growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who turns complex data into actionable strategy and thrives in a hypergrowth environment where the playbook is being written in real-time.
What You'll OwnStrategic Analysis & Optimization
Audit existing sales systems, processes, tech stack, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
Analyze and improve conversion metrics across the entire funnel
Build revenue forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and executive dashboards
Define and refine ICP based on performance data across operated and listed property segments
Establish territory design, quota methodology, and capacity planning frameworks
Sales Operations & Systems
Design lead routing, allocation, and cadence processes that maximize conversion and productivity
Own sales tech stack architecture and drive continuous optimization (CRM, engagement platforms, analytics tools)
Build sales playbooks, documentation, and standardized workflows
Manage system integrations and ensure data quality across platforms
Budget & Resource Strategy
Develop and manage sales operations budget with ROI focus
Analyze marketing spend effectiveness and recommend channel allocation
Track key efficiency metrics (CAC, sales cycle length, win rates, quota attainment)
Build business cases for investments in tools, headcount, and programs
Revenue & Go-to-Market Strategy
Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation strategy, targeting, and spend
Analyze lead quality by source; refine MQL/SQL definitions and handoff processes
Design compensation structures for operated and listed property deals
Serve as strategic advisor on all revenue-related decisions
Create executive reporting for leadership and board presentations
Required:
3-5 years in revenue/sales operations, strategy, analytics, or consulting
Experience in high-growth startups/environments
Experience building zero to one: something scalable from the ground up
Tech industry experience
Exceptional analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets and data visualization proficiency
Strong CRM experience (HubSpot highly preferred) and sales engagement tools (Outreach highly preferred)
Proven track record implementing process improvements that drive measurable results
Strategic thinking + tactical execution—you design strategy and build the model
Clear communication with ability to translate data into executive insights
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Preferred:
Marketplace, platform, or two-sided business model experience
Hospitality, real estate, or travel tech background
Multi-product or multi-segment sales organization experience
SQL or basic coding for data analysis
Near term: Complete audit of sales systems and processes; identify top 3-5 quick wins
Intermediate term: Implement lead allocation improvements, establish reporting cadence, launch conversion optimization initiatives
Long term: Drive measurable funnel improvement, increase rep productivity, build predictable forecasting models
