The Revenue Operations Lead will build a high-performance GTM engine, improve forecasting, optimize sales processes, and align strategies across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
About Anzen
Anzen is rebuilding the wholesale insurance market from the ground up with AI. We specialize in specialty, executive, and casualty liability—complex products long underserved by technology. Our team brings deep experience in enterprise software, underwriting, and distribution.
Retail brokers across the U.S. rely on wholesale partners to place their toughest risks. Anzen is becoming their go-to—replacing phone calls, PDFs, and spreadsheets with real-time data, automation, and modern digital tools.
But wholesale is just the beginning. We’re expanding our platform to give retail brokers direct access to markets, insights, and tools that fundamentally change how they sell, quote, and underwrite. We’re not just streamlining transactions—we’re building the system brokers will rely on to run their business.
About the role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to architect a high-performance GTM engine. You’ll turn a relationship - and intuition - driven sales process into a repeatable, data-powered machine. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and bridges Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. Your mission: help us scale from early traction to $100M+ in premium by building the systems, tools, and insights to move fast and win consistently.
What you’ll do
- Build the foundation: Create reliable forecasting models, funnel metrics, and sales analytics. Deliver dashboards and insights that drive executive decisions.
- Design scalable systems: Lead territory planning, quota-setting, pipeline stages, capacity modeling, and comp plans.
- Own the stack: Manage and evolve our GTM tools (HubSpot, etc.). Implement automations and ensure CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
- Drive enablement: Codify playbooks for opening new territories, onboarding new brokers, and retaining key accounts.
- Align the org: Be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. Ensure our strategy and execution stay in sync.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Strategy roles in fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech companies
- Hands-on ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce: reporting, automation, user management, and optimization
- Strong fluency in analytics: SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Track record building systems that increased win rates, improved forecasting accuracy, or shortened sales cycles
- Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify revenue bottlenecks before they impact growth
- Built compelling slide decks, presentations, battle cards, and collateral that actually get used by sales teams and drive results
- Connected the dots between sales targets, headcount models, and capacity planning—translating revenue goals into actionable hiring and resource allocation plans
- Clear communicator with a bias for action and iteration
- Comfort in ambiguity—you’re a builder, not just an operator
