As Lead, Revenue Operations, you will guide operational strategies and processes for StackAdapt's Vertical Sales, focusing on data-driven growth and pipeline management.

As a Lead, Revenue Operations, you will play a mission-critical role in supporting StackAdapt’s Vertical Sales business unit. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll work closely with the VP, Vertical Sales to operationalize GTM strategies, drive revenue process maturity, and enable data-driven growth in this high-potential business line. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and is passionate about building operational infrastructure from the ground up.

What you'll be doing:
- Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to launch and scale vertical sales motions
- Define and manage operational playbooks for GTM rollout, pipeline stages, and sales milestones
- Support segmentation strategies, sales territory planning, and quota design for new vertical teams
- Build and manage vertical-specific forecasting models and pipeline health dashboards
- Monitor performance and provide real-time insights to sales and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics aligned to business expansion and adoption goals
- Implement scalable sales processes across the verticals (e.g., lead routing, CPQ, account assignment)
- Drive system improvements in Salesforce, Gong, and BI tools to support new workflows
- Launch and support tooling for account scoring, activity tracking, and attribution reporting
- Build and maintain business rhythm infrastructure: QBRs, dashboards, OKRs, scorecards
- Drive adoption of tools and process enhancements through documentation and training
- Collaborate with Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Sales Leaders to align on vertical-specific GTM needs

What you’ll bring to the table:
- 6+ years in Revenue/ Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting/ Business Operations in SaaS, ad tech, or digital media
- Strong familiarity with programmatic advertising, media buying, or consumption-based sales models
- Proven experience launching and supporting new GTM motions or vertical expansion initiatives
- Ability to connect operational detail to strategic outcomes, and influence across functions
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building processes, models, and systems from scratch
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
