Our Revenue Operations team is hiring an Engineer to play a key role in unifying internal operations as our business grows. You’ll enable strong strategic thinking and agile execution by supporting the systems, processes, and data our teams rely on. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that drives consistent growth and efficiency in our revenue engine.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary, commensurate of experience
Location:
This position is remote in the United States, with optional travel for in-person company events and other ad-hoc events.
- Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer our GTM stack to increase sales efficiency and grow revenue.
- Implement change control to adapt systems for critical integrations, including company-wide updates to pricing, packaging and services.
- Own technical escalations with an eye for approaching issues with stabilizing solutions.
- Review requirements and workflows to automate business processes, where applicable and appropriate.
- Build workflows that synchronize data between our CRM and internal tools with optimal integrity.
- Develop advanced analytics to measure performance of revenue systems.
- Maintain & consolidate comprehensive documentation on system architecture, workflows and engineering.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with GTM technology stacks, including Salesforce CRM systems, order-to-cash platforms, and data integration tools.
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer in revenue operations and/or business operations role (ideally in B2B SaaS).
- Strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle and the business logic behind related requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with API integrations and data modeling for pre-and-post sales tools (marketing automation, lead management, sales engagement, customer success)

- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
