How we work
We’re a team that values diversity in all its forms and loves adding new perspectives. We ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and build with empathy, for customers and for each other. We care about craft, we love feedback, and we take ownership. We also embrace humor (yes, the puns are real), because doing serious work doesn’t have to feel so serious.
Our workforce is fully remote, and your personal working hours can be based on your own timezone. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of all North American time zones.
Who we're looking for
- We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.
- Our new Revenue Operations Analyst will own the commercial team’s tech stack to both improve our internal efficiency and deliver data-driven insights to customers.
Reports to
- Andrew Dixon, Director of Revenue Operations
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain the commercial team's tech stack, including Looker analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software
- Act as an owner of Ethena’s data warehouse, where Ethena combines commercial data (e.g. Salesforce/Hubspot) with product data (our application)
- Own Ethena’s GTM systems and analytics: keep Salesforce + reporting humming, improve data quality, and ship automation + dashboards that help Sales/CS focus on the highest-leverage work
- Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes to enhance sales team effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to ensure we deliver scalable and accurate analytics insights to customers
- Develop, track, and analyze key metrics to improve performance across the commercial team
- Implement automation to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting processes
What makes a great candidate
- Excellence with SQL and comfort taking complex data models and turning them into simple insights.
- In-depth experience with CRMs, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and sales enablement software
- You’ve owned production reporting and CRM/warehouse workflows in a revenue org before
- Background in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops / Biz Systems supporting Sales/Marketing/CS; comfortable owning Salesforce + BI + data warehouse joins
- Experience using Looker or similar tools such as Tableau
- A complete command of all things Excel
- A knack for data, a love of graphs, and a deep fear of numbers that don’t add up
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize on the fly and operate autonomously
- Experience performing listed job responsibilities at a fast growing startup
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- An entrepreneurial mindset - we’re an early-stage startup so we’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook. We want you to help build it.
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and comfort with ambiguity
- Passion for what we’re building here at Ethena
- An impeccable sense of humor
What's going to be the hardest part
- The most challenging part of the role is prioritizing urgent, ad-hoc requests from stakeholders with high-impact but less urgent strategic initiatives.
Compensation
- Salary range for this role: $90,000 - 115,000 USD annually
At Ethena, we're committed to fair and equitable compensation. We carefully evaluate each candidate's skills and qualifications to provide our best possible offer upfront.
