Position Summary
The Junior Revenue Operations Analyst supports Revenue, Client Success, Audit, and Intake teams by maintaining accurate data, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring operational and compliance standards are met. This role focuses on CRM data integrity, reporting, and revenue tracking, and lead quality analysis while collaborating cross-functionally to improve workflows and client outcomes.
This is an on-site, entry-level position well-suited for candidates early in their careers who are eager to learn how sales, marketing, intake, and compliance functions operate together in a regulated, performance-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & Data Support
• Maintain and improve CRM data hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and leadership teams
• Track revenue metrics, pipeline activity, onboarding progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support forecasting and pipeline management by validating, cleaning, and organizing data
• Perform quality assurance on dashboards, reports, automations, and operational tools
Audit, Intake & Compliance Support
• Assist with intake call reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy, and professionalism
• Analyze lead quality trends and provide data-driven insights to improve qualification standards
• Support audit documentation related to intake processes, data accuracy, and internal controls
• Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies regarding confidentiality, data security, and ethical conduct
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Intake, and Audit teams to improve workflow efficiency
• Document operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with special projects, system enhancements, and operational troubleshooting as needed
Required Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
• Comfort working with data and learning new systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information
Preferred Qualifications
• Internship, academic, or early-career experience in revenue operations, sales support, marketing operations, or analytics
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and reporting or business intelligence tools
• Experience supporting intake, audit, or compliance-related workflows
• Interest in SaaS, performance marketing, or data-driven business environments
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $50,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
