Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will act as an outbound sales representative, spearheading efforts to introduce Digital Lockbox powered by BPN, our cutting-edge virtual card acceptance solution, to the marketplace. Your role will be critical in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through strategic outbound sales initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the marketplace to promote BPN as a leading virtual card acceptance solution.
  • Conduct high-velocity outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach and follow-ups.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of virtual card accepentace to decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of the product for new customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor progress, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

What You'll Bring:


  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar revenue-driving role, preferably within accounts payable, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a high sense of urgency to achieve results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, competitive marketplace.
  • Familiarity with virtual card acceptance solutions or financial technology products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

The base salary for this position is $50,000- $70,000.+ commission 
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
