Job Title: Revenue Auditor
Type of Position: Full-time, Seasonal
Schedule: 5 days/week, weekends required, holidays may be required
Pay: $22.00/hr. to $26.00/hr. based on skills and experience

Summary
The revenue auditor is responsible for verifying and recording revenue for Loveland’s various revenue generating departments. The Revenue Auditor will prepare daily and monthly sales and other reports for management and will monitor, maintain, reconcile, and oversee all cash and credit card transactions while ensuring that cash handling policies are being followed. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Reconcile daily sales in all outlets from Siriusware to ensure accurate reporting.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts, create daily banking deposits, and make change for cash drawers.
- Investigate and address all cash drawer discrepancies.
- Respond to all credit card disputes within 5 days of receipt.
- Maintain and periodically audit discrepancy data reports.
- Assist with various auditing and data compilation projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent – some college preferred
- 1-2 years in administrative setting, cash-handling experience preferred
- Strong Excel, Proficient Outlook & Word
- Ability to communicate (speak and understand) English – verbal and written communication
- Ability to count cash and make correct change
- Detail-Oriented, able to multi-task and self-direct own work
