Provides administrative support for a ski and ride school, including phone communication, customer concern resolution, instructor onboarding, scheduling, payroll support, statistical tracking, financial accountability, budgeting assistance, and recordkeeping. Maintains the school website, newsletters, Snowpro Portal, and social media accounts while supporting HR documentation and operational communications.

Supervise ski lift operations, including team hiring, training, scheduling, safety, maintenance support, guest service, and incident documentation. Ensure compliance with CPTSB, ANSI, OSHA, USFS, and insurance standards. Assist with lift operator duties, hazard assessments, accident investigations, and decisions to suspend lift operations due to mechanical or weather conditions. The role requires outdoor work at high altitude, physical strength, ski or snowboard ability, and flexible availability during the winter season.
