  • Job Description

    As Alteryx’s business evolves and broadens, the company is executing a strategy that requires dedicated operational leaders in each discrete Sales region to help maximize efficiency and productivity. This is a high impact individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and will work closely with the VP of Global Renewals, SMB & SDR

    The ideal candidate is expected to be able to work strategically and effectively to ensure success across Alteryx’s Global Renewal Sales organization. They will need to help define the strategy & then provide operational rigor during execution. This involves defining and optimizing processes and systems, analyzing and tracking all Key Performance Indicators, and driving initiatives that will improve results. 

    This role requires communication and collaboration with many teams and departments throughout the company and potentially third parties. Ideal candidates are analytical, process-oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a high-growth, data and operationally-driven environment. The selected candidate will have strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, top-notch data analytics abilities, as well as strong attention to detail. 

    Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the renewal sales “rhythm of the business”
  • Consolidating, driving, and facilitating the forecast and other team cadences
  • Support business planning; including targets for bookings, headcount, quota and related investment plans in partnership with other Revenue Operation’s teams
  • Create & support exec level presentations such as QBRs
  • Reporting and analysis: provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional Operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for Field representatives
  • Help identify growth strategies/opportunities across assigned region working closely with Sales Programs & Enablement
  • Help optimize allocation of resources within each discrete sales region & segment
  • Measure sales effectiveness through data monitoring
  • Business and Technical Business Process Workflow: analyzing, developing and refining business process workflows within different sales segments: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation
  • Monitor regional budgets in conjunction with Finance. Analyze and implement opportunities for optimizing expenses.
  • Take responsibility for clear, concise onboarding material for New Hires, working in partnership with Sales Leadership, HR and Sales Enablement organizations
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Past experience in a Renewal Sales or Renewal Revenue Operations role. Consulting background welcomed with demonstrable experience in renewals sales or renewal revenue operations on a customer site.
  • Prior experience in software or technology-related companies is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx & advanced excel are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with attention to detail 
  • Compensation: 160,000-180,000 plus Bonus & Equity
